The decision was made to move the handbook online as print production and mailing services have been significantly delayed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The handbook is currently being digitized and will be uploaded to the EC website in the coming weeks. Please watch for a communication regarding updates and directions on how to receive your digital copy.
The handbook will return to print format in 2021. Thank you for your understanding as we work to continue providing EC services and programs while adjusting to the new realities of operating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
